What Is The Essence Of An Alpha?

Do strength, good looks, intelligence, discipline, dedication, success, or a strong moral compass build the essence of an Alpha? 

While all these traits are important to build a good life and become an overall great human being, they are not essential to be an Alpha at the core. 

You might even have all the great traits mentioned above and still not have the essential ingredient to be a true Alpha. That’s why we know so many good-looking, intelligent, or successful people who we do not consider being Alpha. 

On the other hand, you can be everything but successful and still be an Alpha at the core. 

So what is that essential trait? 

A true Alpha genuinely DOES NOT GIVE A F@CK!

He does NOT care about ... 

• your feelings.
• your opinions.
• your judgment. 
• your validation. 
• your permission. 
• your insecurity. 
• your dirty look. 
• your jealousy. 
• your criticism. 
• your praise. 
• you!

He does NOT care about ... personal rejection, failure, or his shortcomings. 

An Alpha does give a f@ck about himself first! 

He addresses his needs, feelings, and desires before he worries about anything else. 

An Alpha is aware that the world does not owe him anything. 

He knows that if he does not take care of himself first, no one will. 

That's why he takes full responsibility for his life and his happiness. 

An Alpha will take risks to get from the world what he wants the way he wants it. 

He DOES give a f@ck about … how and with whom he spends his time. 

An Alpha would rather be alone than in a bad company. 

No matter how much he has invested in something or someone, he is always willing to walk away. He will never sacrifice his freedom. 

He understands that such a mindset will be noticed by the people he meets, and they will treat him with care and respect as a result. 

The essence of an Alpha Male can be a force for good or evil. That's why you can find Alphas, who are working for charities or serving time in jail.
